There are two house with electricity, water, heating, cooling, and satellite television. The big house is 3 bedroom two bath and can sleep 8-12 people and the cabin sleeps 4-6 and has heating cooling shower both our very nice with a beautiful view of the cap rock and canyons. The fishing is behind the house and there are two fishing ponds. All roads are good and maintained.

You can stay here on the ranch or you may also upgrade to the Hotel Matador in Matador, TX.
